• Prepare & Issue Work order as per final mutually agreed terms with the contractor pertaining to each contract, Closure of Contract after the end of Defects Liability Period. - Handed over Raisina Residency project which was a prestigious project of Tata Housing. Another project named Primanti, its ph-1 is ready for handover while ph-2 is under construction.
