My key duties and responsibilities included: • Contacting insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims. • Investigating and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to claims, such as missing information, incorrect coding, or denied payments. • Analyzing trends or recurring problems that may be causing delays or denials in payments and identifying solutions to address them. • Documenting regular updates about the status of the claims and payments. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with, insurance companies using the appropriate software tools.
