IoT based PMS Layout

Responsibilities: Fixtures list updation (uploaded to SAP), Line & Process study (Process Engineering), Researched on Production Monitoring System, Brainstorming sessions on connecting asembly line to the cloud, Searching for various IT company Based PMS and their services, Creating a planned assembly shop layout for Production Monitoring Systems on each lines (AutoCAD), used Raspberry Pi 3 instead of computer systems for cost saving purpose. Results:The project is implemented succesfully showing timely results of production per line along with reasons for line stoppage or any other issue over the cloud. (in brief, the production rate and issues are all reported online to the concerned, thus leading to less wastage of time accompanied with more efficiency and quality).

Implementation of SAP/HANA based Predictive Maintenance System (Part Production shop & Assembly)

Responsibilities: Fixtures list updation (uploaded to SAP), Line & Process study (Process Engineering), analyzing past breakdown data and its causes, created a standardized lifecycle sheet, created maintenance priority levels, created standardized checkpoints and task lists that aids the maintenance team during predictive maintenance. The whole process is done using SAP that ensures the triggering of maintenance schedule as soon as the counter reaches the threshold limit. Results: This has prohibited the loss of money on unnecessary preventive maintenance and also decreased the breakdown leading to more quality production, customer satisfaction and profit.
