• Hand calculations and creating the excel sheet for section validation, structural analysis for selection of materials, fasteners as per standards, sizing the cylinders, hydraulic circuit creation & hydraulic routings.
• Created the final 3D models in Pro/E in very short time and checked its functions, family table creation for complex models, animation of the model for demo purpose
• Mentoring team members, junior GET and colleagues on Pro/E and basic subjects
• Created and maintained the BOM. Created an Excel sheet to highlight the shortage of required materials for production and for costing using formulas and condition formatting
• Involved in developing and supporting the vendors and suppliers, also supporting in-house assembly team
• Supported to create technical documentation like Operational Manual, Catalogue, and Technical Presentation & ISO certification process
• Undergoing field visit for study and analyse the application and create the sales instruction guide on application point of view.
