Apart from above, It is part of best Practice to send information to Unsuccessful bidder with remarksquot Appreciate your effort and Approach in submitting the Proposal/ Bid against our company Tender. This time you could not be included in first four / five most successful bidder because they have submitted bid which are well within bidder Qualification criteria and scored high as per Bid evaluation criteria.
