Now I am running towards my 30's. There are many things which keep ticking in my mind constantly now. Like whether i am successful in proving myself a good son for my family or a good Indian if talking about nation. As parents are looking towards me to take the responsibility for starting new family or getting married. On the same note they are expecting me to be more stable and managed professional in my career. But while thinking about these questions there one more thing which makes me worried more than anything. There are some great examples who wrote their success story so early while people in my age still not sure where they are heading towards. They have achieved their milestones with immense hard-work and dedication and that is why they all are success stories.

Like this immensely talented boy Tanmay Bakshi born in 2003 and working as a software developer who has published several apps and source code.Till now he has even published a textbook on the programming language Swift.Even he is youngest IBM Watson developer. A Great talent but surely a true hard-worker also. As in my age when people are afraid of basic programming codes he is a true genius. This is all because of his hard work and dedication.

There are many more legends who became trend-setter and examples so early in their life for success. Such as Mark Elliot Zuckerberg founder of Facebook who gave a completely new concept of Social Networking or Sylvester Stallone who got recognized by his film Rocky in age 30. Justin Bieber, Abigail Breslin, Missy Franklin, David Karp and many more are the examples of this new age success stories. While reading about such great stories the fear of myself being failure is at most. In today's time there are many more young entrepreneurs or trend-setters who are doing great things and setting examples. As I am nothing or even not started the journey which lead to success when most of these great people already completed this track of success and headed to a new way till this age.

But on the other side of this story there are number of success stories who were nothing even till 50's but ended as legends. Colonel Harland David Sanders founder of fast food chicken restaurant chain Kentucky Fried Chicken (now known as KFC). Laura Ingalls Wilder female writer who got her first novel published when she was 65. Takichiro Mori was an economics professor till 55 and became real estate investor in 1959. When died in 1993, he was Forbes' two-time reigning world's richest man. A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada founder of the Hare Krishna movement was 69 years old when he started the International Society for Krishna Consciousness.Kathryn Joosten, Frank McCourt, Ronald Reagan and many more showed us that age is just a number its about your passion to get success in your life.

Some where I read this and found really meaningful:-

Time will come...

New York is 3 hrs ahead of California but it does not mean that California is slow, or that New York is fast. Both are working based on their own "Time Zone."

Someone is still single. Someone got married and 'waited' 10 yrs before having a child, there is another who had a baby within a year of marriage.

Someone graduated at the age of 22, yet waited 5 years before securing a good job; and there is another who graduated at 27 and secured employment immediately !

Someone became CEO at 25 and died at 50 while another became a CEO at 50 and lived to 90 years.
Everyone works based on their 'Time Zone',

People can have things worked out only according to their pace.Work in your “time zone”.

Your Colleagues, friends, younger ones might "seem" to go ahead of you.
May be some might "seem" behind you?

Don't envy them or mock them, it's their 'Time Zone.' You are in you own time zone and your time will come sooner or later but it will come for sure.

Best thing is to keep faith in yourself and making your every effort count for building your path for success. Rest everything else should be left on your time zone.
