  • Preparation and execution of monthly and day to day plan of tool manufacturing with respect to production plan by PPC. Monitoring and implementation of corrective action raised in die pull-out report (CAPA) with respect to tool room. Coordination with PPC, QA and Production for Tool Room activity. Tool room down time monitoring, analysis and action plan. Tool Welding process monitoring and improvements. Implementation of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 requirements related to tool room.

    In my work I conducted Porter's Five Forces analysis on RUBBER industry to understand the effect of competitors on an organization and had a great experience under the guidance of Mr.Saurabh Rana.

  • This club is responsible for all the arts and craft activity like creative crafts, artistic depictions and decorations and organising and managing multiple events happen during the fest.
    The objective of this club is not just related to the arts and crafts and not confined to the borders of the college. It also organises different events to help people in need and try to send a positive message and create awareness through their work.

  • As we no that the knowledge is of no use unless it is not utilised to do some work and this is the place where we work on our imagination, and by utilising our knowledge, we make it reality. We not only design and manufacture cars to win different events but also work on new technology and try to make it more simple and affordable to common people. We also organise workshop to provide the knowledge about the technology behind the automobile engineering. I was a participating member of the racing team "THRUSTERS",from our college Which won accolades at event Supra SAEINDIA 16 ,Noida . I designed and fabricated brake, pedal, and clutch assembly of our car. During the project I also worked on air intake system, differential mounting, roll cage fabrication, engine mounting, car body etc.

Study of Hydraulic Circuits CGL#1, CRM, TATA STEEL

In continuous galvanizing line (CGL#1), CRM division of TATA STEEL various machines uses hydraulics for the operation or are hydraulic based. During the whole project I along with other team members studied the working and use of hydraulics and machinery involved in different operation like Steering system, Shear, Mandrel to hold the coil, Pinch Roll etc. We also studied the reason of failure of hydraulic circuit and proposed some ideas as a remedy to it.

  • Won the first prize in Cartoon Sketching Competition on the topic Refugee Crisis in our college. Won the first prize in Mechstruct event in our college fest. 2nd position in manual robotic competition in Robo-Soccer event in our college fest. 3rd position in Line Follower autonomous robotic competition in our college fest. Won the first prize in manual robot competition in the event - Wild Terrain in our college fest.
