    • Requesting the sample from the supplier and give to the requested person for approval
    • Preparing comparison sheets and give to the procurement manager for supplier finalizing
    • Get the LPO prepared and mailing to supplier.
    • Keep a check on the receiving and issuing of materials as per the company procedures
    • Get the material inspected by QC dept as per project specifications and standard and piping class.
    • Supervising all the storekeepers for all the documentation in regards of material receiving and issue vouchers.
    • Send the rejected material back to suppliers.
    • Keep check on the physical stock and computer stocks.
    • Report generation.
    • Follow up with the supplier for expediting the delivery
    • Keep a check on the stock re-order level for all the civil and consumable items.
    • Provide necessary reports to management.
