Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring works all on-going projects and provide assessment
Assist in the preparations of material samples for approvals including purchasing eg scheduling
Coordinate with various MEP services that affects Interior fit out works (provide coordinated plans for all services)
Coordinate with site engineers and contractor re services affected as progress on site (prepare programmes)
Prepare and assign task to site engineers e.g. manpower, material transport allocations (prepare programmes)
Prepare analysis and recommendation report for each projects - part time and reliever only
