All day to day related work i.e. Checking of NRS, Generate Invoices, Discounts Provisioning & Issue Credit Notes, Collection entries, Daily Customer Outstanding with lifting Quantity, Commission Bill passing, Transporters & C&F Bill Passing, Issue Debit notes towards short material received at Depot or Customer, Inter customer Balance Transfer, Cheque Return Entries, Generate Customer Ledger, Maintain Octroi & Share pass register, Refund of Railway Demurrage/ Wharfage Charges, Check & Pass all Employees claims like TE Claims, Maintenance Claims, Mobile Reimbursement, Group Company Reconciliation, Stock Reports & necessary observation reporting regarding excess/shortages of the same etc.
    ? Control over Shortages & Damages at Various Depot & Yards, identify the reasons and make necessary adjustment
  • 1. Provide necessary feed back to management to reduce logistic cost.
    2. Follow up for all pending forms like form C etc.
    3. Reconcile & Regularize all the godown stocks etc.
    4. Reconcile Group Company Accounts & maintain a monitoring system for the same.
    5. Improve some reports etc for better MIS.
