- To source the appropriate leads and candidates for the vacant positions. I have worked on end to end recruitment for various designations that the company is having. I have also given the counseling to the candidates for ECP Product which is specifically for the HSC Passout Students as this is an entry level job in the feild of IT.I did Initial screening of the candidates those who have appeared for MEGA Recruitment Drive at HCL Technologies.
- Some of my ideas were implemented in order to improve the recruitment process and make it efficient. Appreciation from the Manager for work performance.
