WORK FORCE MANAGEMENT:
JDA WLM is an external system that is used to calculate the time required by a single user in the Warehouse to confirm a Particular task. The interfacing solution between the PROLOGS WMS interfacing with JDA WLM system functionality through DHL Link is to be developed. The data is captured by developing new triggers and then storing them in a temporary table and there by send to the external system by using some procedures and package. This helped the client to calculate the user work effectively and increase the productivity.
MARS:
This project is to send the stock data from PROLOGS application to the customer on day to day basis. The stock details are gathered with the SQL query that is developed. Based on these details the daily stock count of the Warehouse is compared with the data in the PROLOGS application. This helps in analyzing the stock and increases the Efficiency of processing the orders without any delays in the warehouse.

The warehousing solutions are built around specific In-house products built using technologies like PowerBuilder, JAVA, .NET and are used extensively by key customers in Europe, Asia Pacific.
HCL’s role involves in maintenance and support for these applications and provide some enhancements to these products. The below are few of the modules that are developed using Power Builder and SQL.
REPLENISHMENT PRIORITY RE-CALCULATION:
Based on the stock situation in warehouse, the replenishment tasks should be prioritized which intern boost up the outbound process. The stock situation is calculated based on the parameters set by the users. Due to this change the users can confirm the tasks that are need for outbound orders with priority and later on the remaining tasks. This will increase the efficiency of the outbound Process and user management

Home Automation And Security Using Andraiod

This project put forwards the design of home automation and security system using Android. The design is based on RASPBERRY PI B and Android ADK. Home appliances database are connected to the cloud server and communication is established between the RASPBERRY PI B and Android mobile device. The home appliances are connected to the input/output ports of the RASPBERRY PI B and their status is passed to the ADK. We would develop an authentication to the system for authorized person to access home appliances.
