Auto intensity control of street lights using Piezo electricity

The main aim of this project is to Automatic Street light intensity control based on the vehicle movement by using piezo electricity. The piezo electricity means generation of electricity by passing vehicles and footsteps on the road. Based on the no. of vehicles or footsteps or both the electricity intensity will be changes. Here, we have explained about the circuit that automatically controls the intensity of street lights which is designed using microcontroller and LEDs. It at present many street lights operate in the cities due to this electricity cost is also on the edge. So the power saving is the main consideration to save power to save the electricity and to make city more green. This system is achieves an automatic control the street lights and save the energy. It is very useful to save the power and cost may also decreases.
