- i used to support hp desktops of US customers . its an in bond process were in customers used to call with their quires if they had any issues with the computers we used to troubleshoot the issue and resolve them on the calls
- 1.cleared the com skill test in one go amoung 70 people
2.cleared the process test in 1st place amoung 70
3.cleared the on job training in 2nd place which covers all the three tests and issued a certificate from the manager
