Mitigation of Intercarrier Interference in high mobile OFDM systems for time varying channels

The research work is based on reducing the Inter carrier interference in OFDM systems. Delay spread introduces the interference when the signals are transmitted at large distances which degrades the performance of the OFDM system in terms of error rate. So the work is done to mitigate the carrier intefrence using rooted cosine filters and the perfromance is evaluated in terms of Bit error rate with respect to the signal to noise ratio.

Speech emotion detection system based on GTCC feature extraction using neural and SVM classifier

The research work is based on speech recognition. The system is designed using feature extraction algorithm i.e, Gammatone Frequency cepstrum coefficients of speech emotion categories like sad, happy, angry, fear, neutral and then training process is evaluated based on the features extracted using machine learning algoritms i.e Neural networks and Support vector machine. Then the emotion is categorized using testing of the system and then the performance is evaluated based on Signal to noise ratio, mean square error rate.

Fusion of iris and ear for secure biometric authentication using Principal Component Analysis, Independent Component Analysis and Neural Networks

The research work is based on image processing. Security is one of the main issues these days for biometric system. So the system is designed using feature level extraction of iris and ear for secure biometric authentication using extraction algorithms i.e. principal component analysis and independent component analysis and testing is done using neural network and the designed system is evaluated on the basis of performance parameters like False acceptance rate, False rejection rate, Accuracy.

Performance analysis of AODV and DSR protocol under black hole and sybil attack in Mobile Ad-hoc Networks

The research work is based on Mobile Ad-hoc Network. The protocol used in this work is AODV and DSR protocol in which security constrained is overcome using optimization algorithms i.e. Particle Swarm optimization (PSO), Bacterial Foraging optimization (BFO) and an optimized routing is obtained as a result of which we get less network load, high throughput and more secure packet deliveries with less energy consumption of the nodes and compute the lifetime of the network.

Performance analysis of Hierarchical Protocol in Wireless Sensor networks using Genetic Algorithm and Neural Network Self Organizing Maps

The research work is based on wireless sensor network. The protocol used in this work is Enhanced Stable Election Protocol in which efficient routing is obtained using Genetic algorithm and an optimized path is obtained as a result of which we get high throughput and less energy consumption of the nodes and compute the lifetime of the sensor network Results are analyzed using simulations and comparison is made between existing Stable Election Protocol and Proposed approach and the optimization process is also discussed using neural network SOM plots.
