- • Preparation of Method Statements, work instructions, QAP/ITP and all procedures related to QA/QC. • Conduct all stage-wise Inspection as per approved QCP/ITP with Client, Owner & Third Party. • Visual Inspection and reporting of piping weld joints for materials like CS, SS, Alloy Steel of different sizes (0.5 inch to 72 inches) as per standard. • To conduct and evaluate non-destructive testing (RT, MPT, PT and UT) of weld joints as per ASME Section VIII acceptance standards. • Implementation of approved procedures (WPS & PQR) and maintaining quality records as per quality management system requirements • Evaluation of pre & post weld heat treatment (PWHT) charts. • Prepare inspection reports, NCR, technical queries, weekly QA/QC reports and monthly X-Ray and repairing status. • Circuit identification on P & ID’S for pressure test; and prepare Test Packages. • Inspect lines in accordance with P & ID & isometric drawing for mechanical clearance. • Issue Punch List and follow-u
