- 1. Sourcing candidates through Job portals, Employee reference, walk-ins with the exception of non- vendor usage for all the positions from Agent level till Senior Management Position
2. Coordination of interviews with the respective HOD’s/ Process Owners so as to complete the requisitions within the TAT Given
3. To ensure that the ref checks of the candidates are done before the offers are rolled out.
4. To Negotiate the salary with the selected candidates and forward the negotiated salary details, along with candidature of the selected candidates for further approval so as to release the offer.
5. To ensure that offers are rolled out on time after seeking the approval
6. To provide assistance in creation of new joiners database at the time of new joining
7. To update& maintain the Database of the shortlisted candidates on daily basis
8. To send the updated sourcing report for all the positions done by self and other team members to the Manager-Recruitments on daily basis.
9. To monitor the other team members working on different profiles for updating the database on daily basis and report to the Manager-Recruitments directly.
10. To follow-up with the candidates offered to join at the time of new joining schedule
