  • Time office management and up to date record checking. Maintain and Monitoring housekeeping, security, infrastructure of the factory. Creating and maintain all employees personal records in Manual and MS Excel. Handing daily & monthly time and attendance tracking maintaining close monitoring of absenteeism. Handling leave management overtime compensatory holidays leave with salaries pay slip etc. The recruiting, interviewing, screening, placing potential candidates from various sources and explaining the organizations HR policies to the employees Handling all employees joining and reliving formalities. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters /certificates as per the requirements of employees in consultation with the management. Preparation of HR Budget. Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Maintains HR records and training new and existing employees based on the performance appraisal. Maintain and follow all employees personal safety precautions
