Conversion of Plastics to fuel by instant arc heater

-Formulated idea to reduce the plastic emissions by converting the plastic wastes to plastics oil which has the calorific value of fuel. - Plastics are to be heated through introducing an arc heater which consists of a pair of spaced electrodes connected by a lower source for establishing an arc there between.
