    3. Manage automated storage system for inventory producing regular reports and statistic on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to draw the CEOs attention on any short comings.
    4. Handle and respond to all client inquiries, complaints and complements in a timely manner and maintain record of common complaints and concerns and draw the CEOs attention to them.
    5. Manage the general operations and administration of the country office to ensure growth of the organization in Rwanda.
