  • • Led a team of 400 skilled workers for Ethylene Unit De-Bottlenecking Project, and successfully achieved Ethane processing of 177 MMSCFD, and Ethylene production of 226 tons/hour using the new De-Ethanizer columns and by modifying gas compressors and furnaces; completed nearly 143 tie-ins in coordination with multiple teams to complete the task in 28 days
    • Played a key role in engineering construction and commissioning of NZLD Near Zero liquid Discharge waste water treatment plant
    • Worked in the capacity of Construction Coordinator to:
    o Upgrade Triconex ESD System, perform Triconex Split, Safety Manager Module Split and ETA split to improve reliability
    o Migrate obsolete 984 series PLC’s in polyethylene units
    o Modify four packaging bagging machine by replacing main drive motor and intermittent draw motor with servo drive technology within a very tight time constrain
