    ? Rewarded as best performance for V&V completion with in limited time for Re-layout of manufacturing line.

    ? Active member of the EHS team for LOTO and Emergency Preparedness & Fire Protection Element’s and successfully implemented the findings in the facility.

    ? Driven a small Six Sigma project in implementing the functional tests at supplier end and achieved good quality parts which lead in decreasing DPU (Defective Parts per Unit) in manufacturing.

    ? Successfully installed Humidity Chambers to extend shelf life of Labels in order to decrease the scrap inflow and saved an amount of 5K USD every quarter.

    ? Designed and accommodated Line layouts in Shop floor for NPI’s.

    ? Appreciated for finding test gaps and successfully implementing ICT & FCT fixtures for two PWA’s and reduced DPPM from 5% to 1%.

    ? Successfully converted all Non-Defined Consumables (NDC’s) from Non-ROHS to ROHS as a part of ROHS conversion program.
