- RAJAMANE is basically cold forging company, I work here as design engineer and also play a role as tool-room in-charge controls in and out flow of hydraulics press tooling and die sets and responsible for tool material order and machining. Managed the customer requirements and sort that one in to feasibility to our forging requirements, preparing tooling design and process sheet for forging and CNC turning and milling cycle. Forecast and reviewed existing client design changes and work for best outcome with reducing process cost and material. Facing different Audit of clients and preparing control plan ,PFD and FMEA formats as of our standards, and also working for each target on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Worked on different project of BAJAJ auto flanges, SANDVICK mining products, TRIN auto parts, and more........ Designed and worked on process drawings for 1200 tons chimaho hydraulic press die set. Had a experience with working in Qform forging simulation software
