  • Serving as Project Manager on PMKVY 2.0 to develop the skills of rural youth for the employment through smooth operation handling along with right decision on right time. * Manage end to end operations with respect to PMKVY 2.0. * Setting up of District/ Center Level Team - Facilitation in renting / arranging of suitable infrastructure for training & arranging other logistics. * Identification and Setting up Training centers as per guidelines. * Execution and operational responsibility of ongoing projects. * Discuss Strategies and guidelines made for the project operations with the core team at HO. * Help in policy making for the effective program implementation. * Enhance coordination among the team, planning, implementation & monitoring of the project * Conduct Surprise visit on regular basis to carry out the monitoring & evolution process for better implementation of the project. * Capacity Building & Team Development for better impact of the project.
