1) Blended process handling escalation mails from NCR’s MS vendors like (Domestic vendors: Euronet, Hitachi, Diebold, AGS, FSS, FIS, BTI Payments, EPS, TSI, TATA communication, ITRAN machines, Kiosks, POS etc. INTERNATIONAL Clients: at&t, Polycom, Goldman sachs, Sprint wireless, IBM IGA, INDIA CISCO, CISCO, NOVOZYMES, JUNIPER NETWORKS, TCS, Hirepro Consulting Pvt. etc.
2) Handling ATM and server complaints, installations requests and services.
3) Keeping track of complaints by coordinating with customers, internal team and engineers on field.
4) Assigning calls to engineers as per their exact locations for all complaints and installations.
5) Keeping tracks till the machines get operational.
6) Handling escalation mails, chargeable quotation to customers, engineers’ reports and Customers’ approvals.
7) Escalations to hierarchies in case calls are getting delay.
8) Coordinating with internal logistics team for earlier part delivery and status.
