Legal FPR and LOA (Letter of Authorization) holder for Loan against property product and attends court proceedings regularly. Managing In-house employee empanelment, Incentive payouts, Attendance, monthly targets, and preparing performance sheets. Responsible for Vendor empanelment legal panel, Bill payouts, Weekly Review and Co ordinating for getting court orders and publishing the MIS. Responsible for recruiting enforcement agencies for taking possession of the property , Repo payouts , Extra Bill amount, Maintaining REPO Register and co-coordinating for smooth execution in taking possession of the property. Maintaining and publishing day to day DRR collection reports and MIS for entire TN region.

  • Achieved ACE monthly awards 6 times in a year 2019-2020 Qualified and achieved GOA trip contest held at OCT19 month. Qualified and won a international trip contest to SPAIN held during period APRIL19 JUNE19 . Awarded monthly stars 6 Gold Medals, 5 Silver Medals and 1 Bronze Medal in the year 2019-2020. Ranked at Decile No.1 consistently for 6 months in SOUTH LAP team in the year 2019-2020.
