Voice of Customer (VoC) team process the survey for American Express card members. VoCT has four groups. First one is source feed systems/teams which sends card members data for channels like Phone, Fax, Mail, Chat, Email etc. Second one ETL tech system / team process the source data to filter eligible card members and send final list to Vendor for Survey. Vendor sends the survey to Card Members and revert back to Data Ware house teams with the survey results. Third One, Data ware house team process the survey results in Webfocus reports and expose the data to data marts. Fourth one, Data mart team process the data in Compass reporting.
