The Global Site Systems Service (GSSS) is a project Shell has undertaken to ensure that the site systems in Shell Retail are ready to trade at all times in a safe, secure and efficient way by replacing the existing systems. The program will give Shell a more standardized, streamlined and automated set of processes and equipment across the world. The GSSS Project at Accenture implements multi-vendor site system solution for different countries across the globe
