Design and Implementation of Offline Repair and Test Run Facility for Transfer Robots
INTERNSHIP TRAINEE at Toyota Kirloskar Motors
Nov-2016 to May-2017
Implementation of time reduction in repairing the robots present in servo presses for sheet transferring. Maintenance is a mixture of all technical, managerial and administrative acts during the life cycle of equipment intended to retain it in a state in which it can perform the intended functions. The main objective of maintenance is to reduce MTTR (mean time to repair) and increase MTBF (mean time between failure). The proposed system is an efficient way of recovering the robots from fault state to operational state. It is possible to reduce the repair time by utilizing the proposed system. The proposed system is to isolate transfer robot from the master equipment in order to autonomously repair and test run TRC robots present in 21C servo press.

Development and Implementation of Computer Aided Spare Retrieval System and Study of Efficiency Improvement in Servo Press.
INTERNSHIP TRAINEE at Toyota Kirloskar Motors
Jul-2016 to Nov-2016
A spare part is an interchangeable part that is kept as inventory and used for the repair or replacement of failed part. Spare parts are the parts needed for the maintenance and repair of factory equipment’s. If the right parts are not on hand when needed for routine maintenance or repairs, downtime is prolonged. If too many parts are on hand, the enterprise absorbs excessive costs and the overhead of carrying inventory. Many production plants use manual methods for retrieving and storing items. A storage function is often accomplished inefficiently in terms of human resource, factory floor space and material control. My activity involves the interface of computer in spare retrieval system to improve the efficiency of spare retrieval in terms of human resource, factory floor space.

Suraksha-A GPS and GSM based Woman Security system”.
Student at SVCE-Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering
Jan-2015 to May-2015
Suraksha is an intelligent security system for women. Women all over the world are facing much unethical physical harassment. This acquires a fast pace due to lack of a suitable surveillance system. This project is a venture to resolve the problem. The systems mainly consist of a monitoring device, the output of which is processed to identify insecure environments. Upon identifying unsafe environments system will send message to near-by control room also turn on alarms placed all around the area getting help from others. This system can be positioned in public places such as railway stations, bus stands, foot paths and shopping mall, where women are commonly experiencing attacks. I believe that this endeavor will make a difference in the life of many and dream about seeing this world with individuals walking fearlessly.
