  • Worked in Spring Dale High School as a Computer Teacher .Taught students of classes V, VI,VII,VIII , both theory and practical..The chapters that include in class V are - Generation and types of computers, memory devices, computer software, MS- word, paint etc
    • Class VI- Introduction to internet, MS-Excel, programming in quick basic, flowchart and algorithm etc.
    • Class VII-Enhancing your document, Program mining in Quick Basic, E-mail, Introduction to MS-power point etc.

Recruitment and Selection

As part of my project in my MBA, I have done my internship on an interesting and informative topic of “Recruitment and Selection at Klairon Technologies Pvt Ltd” for 2 months. I started my job as HR Trainee under Recruitment and Selection Section. It includes handling of the hiring of employement. The project guide narrated me the whole procedure. My job profile was to generate and collect resumes from the various websites such as naukri.com,Shine.com,Indeed.com etc according to the requirement of the company. After generating the resumes from the sites, the next step is to shortlist the resume which best suit the requirements. Now the shortlisted candidate have to be given a phone call in order to find out their interests and schedule them for interview. To follow up them in case of their selection was equally important as a part of recruitment and maintaining updated data in excel sheets.
