Providing technical support especially related to Electrical issue in machines. • Checking for any parts requirement from customer side for machine & update office staff for quotation forwarding & parts arrangement. • Analysis of issue from field (market) and giving technical solution for avoidance of failure of machine. • Taking care of paper work & proper documentation of machines related data at Delhi Golf Club by going weekly as a part of AMC. • Attending technical & non technical seminars & trainings by parent company TORO’s representative coming from outside India.
