- Take care of all the problems in the mill , environment maintaining , performance appraisal , recruitment , training , counseling
- The first issue given to me is OT , OT budget is only 70k but it was extended to 140k , so my first job to reduce the OT . I started to give counseling to the employees but I am not succeed so I analyze the problem and came to know so many people are coming to work only for 10 days a month , so I decided not to give salary to them after implementing that the OT expenses reduced to 100k
