    • Taking Try-out of Tool and welding Fixtures and offering Tooled-up Samples job to QA or VQA at Customer end and getting approval from him.
    • In process and Final Quality Inspection of developed parts and welded parts.
    • Handover of Components to Production and also to Supplier for further processes with Tools, Inspection Fixtures & PPAP.
    • Organizing and participating in quality, review & continuous improvement project.
    • Welding Fixture Developed and Tryout Taken.
    • Monthly Analysis of customer complaints & issues.
    • Using problem solving tools and root cause analysis for killing the defect for permanent basis.
    • Communication with customers regarding design and development.
    • Synchronizing with the Production/Development team for taking trials of new developments, checking feasibility and setting standards for the same.
    • To plan and carry out monthly layout inspections, product audits(internal)
    • To carry out and monitor daily quality related activities
