  • Managing the maintenance and engineering requirements for the Hotel like Air Conditioning, BMS, Audio & Video Systems, Fire Safety Systems, Hot Water & Cold Water Systems, Hydro Pneumatic System etc.
    Expertise includes Maintenance, planning & scheduling, operation management, fire & safety systems. Energy conservation etc. Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment's through application of trouble shooting tools. Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures and work within the budget. Executing mechanical, civil projects and managing teams of engineers and planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce.
Achievements
  • First Prize of National Energy Conservation Awards -2016 in Hotel industries against saving of 112 lacs in one year.
    TABE (Taj Awards for Business Excellence ) for Best Engineering team of 2014.
    Certified Departmental trainer. All staff members are trained in composite maintenance activities and were strictly following standard operating procedures.
    Lead coordinator from engineering for JD Audit, ISO14001, OSHAS 18001, Fire and safety audit, Earthcheck, TPAM., also conducting internal audits in hotels.
    Reduction in PNG consumption of boiler by 200 SCM per day with process change and optimization. Annual saving of approx. 37 lacs with zero investment.
    Reduction in water consumption by 15 KL per day by changing cleaning and shutdown process. Annual saving of approx. 11 Lacs with zero investment.
    Enhancing STP utilization for cooling towers from 30 KLD to 110 KLD. Hence reducing fresh water consumption by 70-80 KLD, which provides approx. saving of 25 Lacs with zero
