- Shop Floor Operation & Management:
Management, Production, Scheduling & delivery as per the customer’s requirements, maintain Quality systems to satisfy customer’s needs, institutionalizing TPM, TQM & Safety culture in Shop floor. Manage and control the overall functioning of SMS casting, the secondary refining in Ladle arc furnace, vacuum degassing & Ladle preparation.

Develop training Methodology, formulation of training policy aligning with Business goals, Training need Identification, Create and map skill matrix & organize need based training, Develop & Implement methods for systems effectiveness.
Trainer of Technical, Safety, Basic Computer, TQM, e-learning, develop Mentors to impart training In-house, Coordinate various training programs as per the Organizational needs. - I had successfully completed many QIP projects pertaining Shop Floor activities & People developments.
