DNA Origami For Cancer Treatment (Biomaterials)

Our main aim was to treat cancer cell. The already method which are present in market are chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgey or homonal therapy. During the treatment In all these method we can see lot of side effect like illness, wometing, hair loss. so ,therefore this project hypothesis try to overcome with problem by specific side treatment of cancer cell in body. So there will be no any type of side effect will happen. Designed a highly biocompatible DNA Origami on Cadnano to ensure minimum obstruction by blood flow.which facilate to attach the drug and locked by aptamer. Aptamer is type of lock which help lock drug in the DNA orgami. After it reach to the caner site it will open by specific antigen of the cancer cell which are key of the aptamer lock. Then after drug will release at that specific position.

The model pea nut crusher designed to crush nuts and other small gravels into small pieces. Though this prototype now in used as a peanut crusher in large scale in industry for crushing heavier object like rocks, or to crush cans, bottles etc. other then being used to crush heavier object we can used to change the form of substances which can easy to transport or futher recycled.The model of the peanut crusher consist of 5 gear , a bavel set , a geneva, a cam, and a hammer, two roller, a convey belt and a wheel as its main component.In that model pea nut are feed into the wheel through the slope. The wheel then lefts the peanut from where peanut fall through a slope into convey belt and finally get crushed by hammer.In the crushing mechanism shown in the model rotational force applied on handle is translated using gares and the cam lift the hammer and then release from a height.
