Failure Analysis and Reliability Improvement of Surface Miner Machine in an Opencast Mining.

Surface miner machine is used in open cast mine to cut, crush and carry coal,
Limestone and other minerals in a single operation without the need for drilling & blasting. In this project, the two methodologies namely Pareto Analysis and Non Homogeneous Distribution Process are compared to identify which are the best Reliability improvement processes. In surface miner Machine, all repeated breakdowns were analyzed along with the critical parts. On this critical part, Reliability improvements were done and analyzed. By this way, failure data is used for analysis of reliability modeling of surface miner machine. The failure data is fitted into a pareto analysis and non homogeneous distribution process to find the best reliability improvement process.

The utilization of renewable sources is limited used because of certain limitations but the biogas is good option among the other renewable sources and having lots of advantage over them. So, that's way we selecting the bio gas as an energy source. Biogas is mainly composed of 50 to 70 percent methane, 30 to 40 percent carbon dioxide (CO2) and low amount of other gas. We can find the different types of processes, to how increases the biogas energy and overall efficiency in Biogas production.
