• Working on Handling multiple dealer network all over the West Bengal to generate Hand tools ,Power tools & accessories Business.
• As a Sales professional, handling Dealer & sub dealer network, end customer to generate order ,market awareness ,brand building ,training programs for channel network.
As a Sales Executive, this activity came as a major part of my job. Attending an existing or a new customer (with 80-20 policy), understanding the requirements, routing them through proper mode of business viz. distributors or the company itself, coordinating with different relevant departments of the organization like Application Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain etc. and finally helping the customer to have a feasible solution by means of offering the relevant products, were the responsibilities involved in this activity. This was a day-to-day activity I took care of.
As a sales engineer my role was memorable at this organisation after getting success through out the territory. Initially it was tough during introducing un-established brands for particular this territory. But after hard work like regularly visiting new customer and before introducing products found the actual requirement data from the bottom level of industries and compete to existing competitors with various ways like presentation, demostartion after sales services and then we got customer satisfaction and started business with small volume and finally our brands was regularised to most of the industries.
I joined this organisation as a fresher .So it was initially learning for me to know the industries like steel plant, Sponge iron plant, Power plant and mining industries. So after getting a sufficient knowledge from the same my organisation proposed me to expose to the customer to increase business volume and I took responsibility for the same with a plan way. Started regularly visiting to the customer and their technical consultant to know the upcoming projects, shutdown schedule, collecting design and drawing technical parameters and getting enquiries ,kept effort to convert orders and then execute the projects through the channel partners.Handled independently site,maintained store, logistics, billings & payment collection etc.
