  • I’m working with Cardekho & Gaadi.com in SOP dept as in SOP editors from day one.I
    worked on QC of used car evaluations, doing corrrections,arrangement of Service History from various vendors.
    My focus is to maintain quality of process and co-ordinating with PAN India Certification Engineer to helping
    them to get their worked done if any issues occurres related to evlauations.
    Apart from that i have also been looking after Insurance dept. to helping them to resolve their query which
    were used to be pending at CE’s end due to any of the corrections.
    ? Making MIS on daily basis for correction related information..
    ? MIS of QC team on daily basis and sharing feedback with them and helping them to achieve more no’s on daily
    basis.
    ? Arranging the Service History from various vendors and getting their payment done.
    My core competencies are in the domain of driven by high energy levels and technical competence I am
    confident of making visible contribution to words company.

  • The biggest achievement that i have ever made in this process to make customer buying used car experience
    delightful and hassle free.
