- With Infosys she have been working with client called British Telecom (BT) in partnership with Alcatel Lucent on Network Transformation as an Order Administrator
Currently she has been working on applications called as Lotus notes, Business Objects, OMS (order management system), Enterprise messenger and much more.
As an Order Admin she holds the following responsibilities:
• Validating the Thomson Reuters requests (Orders) based on specific criteria and raising them on appropriate BT systems.
• Managing the Orders on a daily basis and day to day interaction with the network owners, implementation engineers to fulfill the progress of these Orders.
• Producing and distributing the Change Authorization Board (CAB) Reports on a daily basis and updating the network engineers of any change or risks in the network to perform the implementation tasks.
• Acting as a proxy to the Customers (Thomson Reuters) and keeping them up to date of their orders.
• Data Entry of the CPE details, site details and circuit details specifically for BT.
• Investigating for Capacity Check to fulfill an Order request.
• Problem Management
• Access the front end BT applications like Order Management System (OMS) and validating the order data.
• Interaction with the Order planners and network engineers to correct the data.
• Escalating the various discrepancies on real time basis to the appropriate teams.
• Performing the first phase of analysis of the Order management on BT application OMS and on the basis of this analysis process it or reject it.
