- To regularly visit and inspect all major mechanical and electrical equipment including pump rooms, switch board, filtration plants, A/C units, heaters and see that they are in efficient operating condition.
- To prepare a preventive maintenance program covering air-conditioning, emergency generators, fire equipment and all mechanical equipment.
- To ensure that all such equipment is regularly maintained and serviced in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions and the hotels’ preventive maintenance program.
- Responds to all departments for repairs and maintenance requests and keep accurate records of such requests. Follow up and maintain a close liaison with all other departments to ensure efficient completion of all requests.
- Advises management on more effective ways of using air conditioning, heat, light and power to reduce costs and recommend new equipment or systems to reduce costs. - Hotel guest room renovation. Hotel facade painting done under my supervision. ALL changing rooms for recreation rerenovated.Challet inside and outside painted.All the works done under my supervision
