Lead the maintenance activities in the plant for injection moulding machines & all utilities Ensure adherence to the periodic & annual maintenance schedule Ensure availability of critical spare parts in the plant & track their consumption pattern. Lead localization activities for spares Ensure minimum breakdown time of machines & utilities Lead feasibility studies for process improvements in the plant Monitor the consumption patterns of the plant in terms of power & other consumables & BOM Monitor the overall cost of the plant & budgeting for fiscal years Monitor & control the R&M cost of the plant Implement TPM & TPS in the plant for process improvements Achieve target demand & APS by using optimum resources Review engineering deliverables & initiate appropriate corrective actions Ensure control of documents as per process & IATF requirements Ensure safe working environment by ensuring severity rates
