- Handling Inventory of National Part Centre, BLUE STAR INDIA LTD located in Bhiwandi occupying 35,000 Sq Ft Area. From total inventory, 60% is of Imported & 40% of local like Compressor, Glasswool, Indoor Units, Insulation, Copper, Compressor Oil, Cylinders, motors & more. Dispensing approx.4800 types of items in their particular locations.
- . Up to last financial year, Blue Star has own software BAAN which migrated in SAP in present financial year. For that before migration in SAP they had indenting all non moving, slow moving items which are lying in all over India Location to NPC-Bhiwandi in the month of March-2009. Approx 5000 lines of Inward was reported to NPC from different-different locations which we had completed in 25 days with completing their bar coding & put way confirmation only with support of existing manpower.
. In the month of June-2009, approx 135 vehicle reporting to NPC which was highest count inventory & we had clear it in targeted time & without any dispute.
. 99% on-time delivery accuracy for continuous 4 months from June-09 to Sept-09.
. Approximately 11,000 lines dispatched from June-09 to Sept -09.
