I am Currently working with IBM as a Associate in Mainframe operations for the past 18 months, Previously worked as a SEO Analyst, so all together 34 months of experience in IT Systems and Operations. i had a Good domain knowledge on Health Insurance Services and E-Commerce sector. with a hands on experience in mainframe batch monitoring tools like CA7 and JobTrac and incident management tools like TSRM and Service NOW.
