Auxiliery Power Generating system for Vehicles

It uses wind energy to convert mechanical power to electrical power. With increasing of speed, the power also increases. Very useful in long drives and in highway. Can be used to charge mobiles, LED lights to glow. Though, dynamo is there, but why not use a free form of energy.

Mini CNC Plotter

It was a prototype of a CNC machine. As we know it helps to minimize the material loss, as well as it gives high production rate. Here in this project we use DVD Stepper motors to make two axis. We used pen to plot desired shapes, and controlled by an Arduino, but if we introduce another axis and a cutting tool, it can cut material too.

Automated Conveyor Belt System

Our project goal is to minimize the power consumption in a factory. We used laser and a sensor to start the belt automatically whenever a object cut the circuit. We used an Arduino as a master controller. And another laser-sensor to count the number of object passing through the conveyor.

I would describe myself as a very determined and highly motivated person. I do take my job seriously but I’m able to see things in perspective and believe I’m quite easy-going to work with.
