- The complete operation of JV company right from formation to execution of the agreement. Now JV company has taken 4000Km of OPGW project along the Transmission line of 132 KV and above. The complete tender for OPGW was in my supervision and suggestion including the terminal equipment like SDH/PDH and Tele Protection. The work was started by me and in my guidance with a regular DPR and monitoring. Its a difficult task and numerous hurdles are in way to completion, government, board, litigation's,public, private,police and other so many authorities to be dealt in. Project is in progress and so far 2250 km already completed with a few equipment commissioned, A very enrich and difficult experience is achieved in this project
- Ultimately project become live and the live line dangerous installation on even 400KV and above successful. No causality took place till date and expect the same in rest of project. The highest security standard is followed, very minimum trip of transmission line also proves the ability, capacity and proper planning and execution of the project so far.
