- My basic job as an Operation Manager is to disburse the secure loan products to the customers specifically willing to avail the facility of loans against gold jewelery and to take care of their demands for other asset products and services as well being into the retail branch asset operations team. Earlier my job as a Personal Banker was to provide an excellent customer service within the retail branch premises besides promoting and cross selling of various core banking products directly to some of the target walk-in customers following all of their specific needs and requirements. Moreover being a Cashier was to deliver an error free internal customer transactions within the branch besides generation of very good business support by counter selling different banking & non-banking products in given time lines in the retail liability team.
- I was awarded and recognized the best and first ranked Personal Banker and Cashier (PB) among all in June'09 for delivering excellent performances and better customer services with reference to given job role and set business targets.
