    • Sourcing of profilers from various sources – Job portal, Professional networks(LinkedIn, Skill pages ,Referrals (Internal & External)
    • Tele calling of candidates in order to find out the relevancy of the sourced profile as well to check whether the candidate is suitable for the requirement or not.

    • Segregate and add all resumes to company proprietary database and improve the head count of the same.

    • Follow up till the closing of the position.
    • Tracking daily work activities and sharing the same with heads.
