  • Handle North America Accounts Payable Invoice Payment Help desk. Handling Vendor / Client Phone call and addressing / updating payment issues or invoice inquiries. Handle Invoice Processing PO and NON PO. I have to release Payment to Vendors on periodical basis. Resolving Payment issues from Vendors (Check/ ACH not received or Short Payment or Over Payment). Perform Special payments for Critical invoices which need to be paid prior to Due date. Create and maintaining Vendor setup to make payments. Follow up with Vendors and clients for approvals and required documentation for vendor setup. Handle stop payment and cancellation work. Handle closing of divisions on month end.
