    -Identify and assess capabilities and skills gaps, assess learning needs, and provide support to address those gaps.
    -Provide learning solutions and interventions for intact or new teams.
    -Assess and report learning program effectiveness for Corporate, Zonal & Centre employees.
    -Design and deliver learning strategies and plans, and targeted skill-based training.
    Collaborate and also build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.
    -Research, up skill and facilitate L&D Team skills that meet the challenges of engaging audiences at all levels.
    -Design, develop and Deliver, Team training and Team building, along with excellent facilitation and delivery skills for training's and off site interventions that transform into Business Results.
